Situated in Ottawa, and with associates world-wide, CPM has developed a strong domestic client base as well as a solid reputation for the successful delivery of value added, results-focused, risk-based services.

CPM was founded in 1991, to work with organizations to improve their performance. Since then, CPM has provided consulting services to clients in the public, private and non-profit sectors in Canada and internationally.

CPM assignment teams are assembled on a project-by-project basis, and comprise of experienced senior management consultants with skills matched to your organization’s needs.

In addition to our wide-ranging consulting backgrounds, we have also had extensive hands-on experience working within the public, not-for-profit, and private sectors. Our consultants have had senior level operational and policy experience in numerous federal departments and central agencies, the academic community, not-for-profit organizations, and the private sector.

As part of our ongoing contribution to best practices, we are regular participants in research, the development of professional standards and practices, and the delivery of presentations at professional and academic conferences.
