Our Performance Measurement and Evaluation team brings to the table both longstanding government insight and a private sector perspective. Members of our team have completed tenured careers in senior positions in the Federal Public Service, while others have spent years working for a Fortune 100 company, honing their knowledge and skills in performance measurement and data collection. Members of CPM's Performance Measurement and Evaluation team have led the development of TBS policies and guidance in these areas, and have a breadth of national and international experience over several functional areas, including government-wide policy initiatives and large-scale Canada-wide grants and contributions programs. Our clients have relied on our deep knowledge of the Treasury Board Secretariat Policy on Evaluation and standards, as well as how evaluations can contribute to decision-making and accountability.
